Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq held talks in Muscat with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun. During the meeting, the sides discussed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen them. Regional issues and international initiatives of mutual interest were also touched upon. Lebanese President Joseph Aoun expressed gratitude for the hospitality and emphasized the importance of dialogue between the two countries.
